Hi! Quick question, the first step says place roast in the slow cooker and add seasonings, then add liquid ingredients, then rub seasonings into roast. The liquid ingredients would have made that difficult, do i rub all of it on the roast, or hold the dry seasonings back until the end, then rub them onto the roast?

    1. Angela Dimitrelias

I will have to look at those instructions again! I would say rub the seasonings into the roast and then pour the liquid ingredients in. πŸ™‚

Do you need use more liquid then what listed? Seems like there not enough and it will be really dry.

I made this the other night and it turned out perfectly – there was liquid from the pork. πŸ™‚
