Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Shakeology

Did you say peanut butter?  Count me IN!   I have been a huge fan of Chocolate Shakeology lately because it really helps to satisfy those chocolate cravings – mix in peanut butter (powdered peanut butter) and a banana and I am in heaven!  No chocolate on the 21 Day Fix Extreme means Chocolate Shakeology is a non-negotiable for me.   This recipe is SO simple.  I always make sure I have a good stock of bananas on hand – you would think I have a house full of monkeys with as many bananas as we go through in a week!  The boys love them too!

I recently found a bag of powdered peanut butter at Costco that was only about $14.00 and it has a fantastic flavor!  I highly recommend it!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Shakeology is one of my go-to recipes for sure – it tastes like a HUGE cheat meal, but I can drink it guilt free and I love that!

Wouldn’t this count as 2 reds with Shakeology and the cashew milk?

Hi Joanna! 16 oz Unsweetened almond/cashew milk (30 cal per serving) is counted as a yellow treat swap and Autumn says 4 oz (not every day) would be free. I will adjust the count down to 4 oz (originally there was some confusion that it was 8oz and I clearly didn’t change this recipe!) and I also usually will add water to my Shakeology so it has enough liquid. 🙂 Thanks and Enjoy!
