Yogurt & Berries

I used to dislike the taste of plain Greek yogurt and would doctor it up with honey or vanilla extract. This combination eliminated the need for that though! This was the perfect ‘treat’ to satisfy that late afternoon sweet tooth on a sunny day!

Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (I use Fage brand)
  2. 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  3. Cinnamon, to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl and enjoy. 🙂
